My approach is based on empathy and the belief that growth happens in a safe, non-judgmental space. I place great value on the connection we build and the work we do in the here-and-now, as it’s through genuine connection and emotional safety that meaningful change can begin!
I use an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic practices, ACT and Schema Therapy. Together, we might explore how early experiences have shaped unhelpful patterns, like feeling not good enough or fearing rejection, and gently work toward shifting them together. Existential psychology also holds a special place in my heart. As a child, I found myself drawn to questions about purpose, meaning, and what it means to live a good life and how much control we truly have over that. These reflections continue to guide my work today, often bringing depth and perspective into our sessions.
By combining different approaches, my aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can show up as you are and move at a pace that feels right for you and your needs at that moment.
