It is normal in our lives to feel tired, overwhelmed, exhausted, angry, sad or disappointed. It can happen that we don't see the meaning of our life, that we don't know where we are going or why things are happening to us. It is normal and healthy to go through moments when we stop and question who we are and who we want to become. But there are times when we don't have the tools, the energy to make a change in our lives, or we simply don't know how to do it. That's when I recommend asking for help, using psychology as another tool in our favour to become who we want to be.
From this point of view, and working as a team, I will support you to get to know your limits, needs, inner fears and motivations. Enabling you to understand who you are, why you act the way you do, how you react to your emotions, to make the most of yourself in the future.
