Über mich
Hello! My name is Joseph, I am from England and currently live and work in Amsterdam. I studied my Bsc Psychology degree at the University of Sheffield, before completing a Level 3 Qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I then completed my Msc Clinical Psychology at Leiden University in the Netherlands. I now take on clients to help them talk through the problems they are experiencing, whilst coming up with practical solutions, healthy coping mechanisms, and more positive thought patterns.

I have training in multiple types of therapy, including Action Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Schema therapy.
I approach therapy/counselling as providing my client with the tools and skills to allow them to have a deeper understanding of themselves. With this deeper understanding, I aim to look at how this knowledge can be utilised to live a happier and more fulfilled life.
