My approach to therapy is grounded in the idea that healing isn’t about fixing yourself, but about reconnecting with parts of you that may have been lost, silenced, or pushed aside. I work with people who are feeling anxious, low, stuck, unsure of themselves, or struggling in relationships—often during times of change, transition, or uncertainty.
I’m especially drawn to working with expats, third-culture individuals, and people navigating questions of identity, belonging, and where they fit. Living between cultures or moving through major life transitions can bring up disconnection, self-doubt, and a sense of being “in between,” and therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of that experience.
I offer a non-judgmental, collaborative space where we explore patterns, habits, and ways of relating at a pace that feels right for you. My style is gentle but honest, supportive while also challenging you when it feels helpful. I often work with what’s happening in the body, emotions, and present moment, using creativity and curiosity to support awareness and change.
Therapy with me is a space to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with what feels true for you now—so you can move toward a life that feels more grounded, alive, and aligned.
