Dreaming Together: An Introduction to Social Dreaming

In this special Mind Mingles session, It's Complicated co-founder Johanne Schwensen sits down with psychoanalyst and group analyst Maria Puschbeck for an introduction to Social Dreaming, a reflective practice where dreams weave together into a shared tapestry of images, associations, and insight.

Maria will talk about what draws her to this way of working, how a Dreaming Matrix unfolds in practice, and how the online, cameras-off format can open access to inner and creative resources that often stay hidden. Rather than analysing dreams individually, this method focuses on what emerges when a group dreams collectively, revealing patterns and connections across professional backgrounds, cultures, and personal differences that no single dreamer could reach alone.
