Über mich

Growing up in a single parent home, I've experienced, first hand, all the hardships of a broken family. I've dealt with my own codependency issues, fear of abandonment, depression, emotional eating, alcohol, tobacco and substance use, as well as psychosomatic issues, grief and living in survival mode. I started my therapeutic journey and my career nearly a decade ago. Going through that process I had to test what really worked (including medications and different styles of therapy), so that I can heal and help others heal. This allows me to compassionately connect with people on a deeper level through common emotional experiences and, in that, provide them with a safe haven for healing and growth. As a lifelong learner, I always keep in touch with the newest findings in therapy of all disciplines. Delivering the best possible therapeutic results for my clients is an ongoing endeavour, for that reason I'm under continuous professional supervision and personal therapy.
