I’m a Clinical Psychologist with a background in Clinical Psychology (Leiden University, MSc) and Psychology (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, BSc). My clinical training focused on supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges. Currently, I’m deepening my expertise through postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while integrating elements from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic thinking. My approach is warm, collaborative, and reflective, helping you make sense of your emotional world and find new ways to relate to yourself and others with compassion and clarity.
Alongside my clinical work, I’ve been involved in community and volunteer projects promoting psychological resilience and empowerment. These include supporting children in protective care with The Smile of the Child and participating as a trainer in the women’s empowerment program WOMENTORS, organized by the Lambrakis Foundation. My experiences working and training across Europe have nurtured a deep appreciation for diversity and the many ways people find healing and meaning.
I believe therapy is a space for exploration and emotional connection, a place where you can be met with empathy and curiosity, and where your story can unfold safely. I’m particularly drawn to working with individuals navigating emotional intensity, self-criticism, or past experiences of loss or trauma. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and a sense of inner growth that feels authentic to you.
My approach to therapy is integrative and evidence-based, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and enriched by elements from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic perspectives. I see therapy as a space where structure and emotional exploration meet — a place to understand your experiences, uncover the patterns that shape them, and gently work toward lasting change.
In our sessions, we’ll move at your pace, balancing insight with practical tools. Together, we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and relationships interact, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others with greater understanding and compassion. While CBT helps bring clarity and structure to change, I also draw on emotion-focused and relational work to help you connect more deeply with what you feel and need beneath the surface.
At the heart of my work is empathy, authenticity, and curiosity. I believe therapy is not only about reducing distress but about rediscovering a sense of wholeness, learning to feel more grounded, resilient, and aligned with yourself. Each person’s story is unique, and my goal is to meet you where you are, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and self-discovery.
