Über mich
I am a Psychoanalyst and depth therapist, based in Berlin. At the moment I am working mostly in my practice space in Berlin Tegel with patients mostly suffering under chronical depression, personality disorders (narcissism, Borderline) and identity problems. During the past years I have collected a lot of experience through my work in different stations at hospitals, rehabilitation centers and a day clinic. I have mostly worked with individuals and groups with depression, personality disorders, anxiety, eating disorders and substance abuse. Through it's complicated I offer online therapy sessions in German, English and Spanish.

I try to understand illness/ problems/relationships from a psychodynamic view - so I always try to help you to a better understanding of yourself. From the psychodynamic view, symptoms arise of a inner need and as such are guides on our way discovering your true self. In the sessions we try to reconnect your past experiences and relationships with the present. We will work on the clarification of your feelings and motivations on the one hand, and on the other hand we will have a closer look on your difficulties and symptoms, with the goal of finding a way to cope/ minimize them. With my approach I would like to lead you to a more self-determined, happy and self-secure life in the present and future.
