I really like the philosophy of Gestalt, because it is always about exploring oneself, the world and the process of interacting with others. Gestalt therapy is based on contact between the client and the therapist, where the client receives a new experience of being accepted without judgment, that is, has the opportunity to be free, to be theirself next to another, and thanks to this, becomes aware of the feelings, needs and the ways in which person tries to satisfy them. Due to the emphasis on presence in the "here and now" moment, Gestalt therapy promotes awareness of what is happening at the given moment and allows you to focus on the current experience, which further helps to achieve the desired goals and dreams.
