I am a psychotherapist who has been working in the transactional analysis method for over 20 years. I came to psychology out of a deep curiosity about how people build relationships, why they repeat certain life scenarios, and how they can be changed. I first worked in educational and corporate environments, where I saw how important inner clarity and the ability to understand one’s emotions are — this is what prompted me to choose the path of psychotherapy.
In my work, I combine the structure and warmth of transactional analysis. I am close to the belief that every person is “okay,” and that even in the most difficult moments of life, one can find support and strength. During therapy, I help clients become aware of their own life positions, free themselves from old scenarios, and gradually build new ones — more authentic, alive, and flexible.
It is important to me that the therapy space is safe and human. Here, you can speak frankly, seek answers, and allow yourself to be yourself — without judgment or haste. It is in such an encounter, in my opinion, that true healing is born.
