I am a clinical psychologist based in Armenia, offering online therapy in Armenian and English. I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, grief, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges. Alongside my academic training in clinical psychology and psychotherapy, I continue to deepen my professional development through advanced psychotherapy training. My work has also included supporting people facing serious illness, loss, and emotionally demanding life circumstances, which has strengthened my sensitivity to human vulnerability, resilience, and the need for compassionate care. I am especially committed to making therapy more accessible to members of the Armenian community who are seeking support in their native language. For many people, being able to speak in their mother tongue creates a greater sense of safety, emotional connection, and depth in therapy.
My therapeutic style is warm, respectful, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I aim to create a space where you can feel emotionally safe, understood, and supported without judgment. My primary orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and I also integrate Gestalt-informed approaches in my work. Depending on your needs, I may draw on trauma-informed principles and experiential techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, relational patterns, and inner experiences. In our sessions, I focus both on insight and practical change. This may include understanding recurring emotional patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening self-awareness, and gradually building a more stable and compassionate relationship with yourself. My goal is not only to help reduce distress, but also to support deeper, meaningful, and sustainable growth.
