As a logotherapist I help clients navigate meaning, authenticity, and freedom. I address psychological, relational, and existential challenges guiding individuals toward greater self-awareness and authenticity.
I am a PhD candidate in philosophy, specializing in phenomenology, psychotherapy, and existential psychiatry. My academic work focuses on exploring the lived experience and how existential frameworks can deepen our understanding of human behavior and mental health. I am particularly interested in themes such as meaning, authenticity, and freedom, and how these ideas can be applied to therapeutic practices to address profound personal and relational challenges.
As a therapist, I draw on logotherapy to help clients navigate the search for meaning, which I see as central to psychological well-being. I incorporate phenomenological insights to better understand and honor the unique subjective experiences of each client. In addition to existential concerns, I have developed a focus on financial therapy, addressing the complex interplay between money, identity, and relationships, and helping clients manage financial challenges in a way that aligns with their values and goals.
My approach combines philosophical depth with practical application, creating a space where clients can confront life’s uncertainties, rediscover their purpose, and build a life that reflects their authentic aspirations. Whether working with individuals or couples, I strive to guide people toward greater self-awareness, fulfillment, and a deeper sense of meaning.
My therapeutic style is grounded in existential and phenomenological approaches, emphasizing the exploration of meaning, authenticity, and freedom in my clients' lives. I work collaboratively, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly examine their experiences, values, and aspirations. My goal is to help clients connect with their own sense of purpose and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
Drawing on logotherapy, I guide clients in exploring the search for meaning as a fundamental aspect of their psychological well-being. I incorporate phenomenological methods to deeply understand each client's unique lived experience, addressing not only the external circumstances they face but also their inner world and the way they interpret and relate to those circumstances.
I also bring a practical focus to my work, integrating financial therapy to help clients address the emotional and relational dimensions of their financial lives. This approach allows us to tackle issues such as money-related stress, wealth dynamics, or harmful financial behaviors within a broader existential framework. By weaving together philosophical depth and actionable strategies, I aim to empower my clients to align their decisions and relationships with their authentic values and goals.
