During the last 6 years I have conducted more than 2000 hours of individual sessions. It is truly rewarding to see my clients becoming more confident, decisive, having clearer view on their life and career and taking action to make their life better.
Before becoming a psychologist I used to work in business consulting and international banks, developing strategy and improving processes.
In the last 3 years I have moved 3 times across countries, so if you are an expat or struggle with finding your place - I see you.

I am a gentle but very structured and logical therapist. We will look into how you feel and explore the opportunities, to find what feels right for you to do. We also formulate next steps and a plan to make your life better. I will accompany you all along the way, through all difficulties.
My main principle is trying to fix things in the "here and now", not digging deep into the childhood - and if it's really needed, I'll explain why. We will explore your situation or questions in a very detailed and practical way and I would never suggest a ready standardised solution.
I work in the Existential Analysis approach (A.Längle & V. Frankl).
