I am a psychologist, psychotraumatologist, and EMDR therapist with experience in supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and combines evidence-based approaches such as EMDR therapy and solution-focused counselling. I also incorporate elements of art therapy to help clients express and process experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
I specialise in working with trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. In my practice, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. I place strong emphasis on collaboration, tailoring each therapeutic process to the individual needs and goals of the person I am working with.
Alongside psychological approaches, I integrate spiritual care when appropriate, supporting clients in finding meaning, inner balance, and a deeper sense of connection. My overall goal is to promote healing, resilience, and long-term well-being by addressing both emotional and personal growth needs in a holistic way.
My therapeutic style is integrative, combining EMDR, solution-focused counselling, art therapy, and holistic approaches including Ayurveda-informed psychology to support mind–body–emotional balance. I work collaboratively with clients in a trauma-informed, structured, and compassionate way, helping adolescents and adults process trauma, regulate emotions, and build resilience in a personalised and goal-oriented process.
