I believe therapy is a meaningful encounter with oneself. It is a space to approach the truths we often avoid, the emotions we silence and the patterns we repeat without awareness. The therapeutic process requires courage to speak what is feared, to feel what was postponed and to look at what truly impacts one’s life. It is not an easy path, but it is a deeply transformative one. In my practice, I offer a safe, contained and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner world with respect and emotional support. Grounded in psychoanalytic thinking, my work focuses on understanding unconscious processes, emotional conflicts and relational patterns, helping clients build awareness, integration and more authentic ways of being with themselves and others.
