I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, autism, neurodivergence, and bipolar disorder. I conduct thorough assessments and create structured, data-informed interventions that empower clients to understand their minds, manage their emotions, and build practical skills for everyday life. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs.
Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about continuous learning and personal growth. I enjoy exploring psychology, literature, and botany, and I deeply value authentic human connections. I strive to create spaces where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in reaching their full emotional and cognitive potential.
I use a collaborative and empathetic approach, primarily based on CBT, to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, autism, neurodivergence, and bipolar disorder, creating personalized strategies and practical tools to improve emotional well-being and daily functioning. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve personal growth.
