Welcome to Solacium Therapy. I'm a psychologist trained in the UK, guided by the Person-Centred approach. I offer a supportive space rooted in empathy, authenticity, and respect to help you explore, grow, and heal.
From early in my career, I’ve worked in diverse settings to deepen my understanding of mental health—from supporting individuals with severe conditions in London to leading group sessions in South Africa for those facing addiction, homelessness, and trauma. I’ve also volunteered in Sri Lanka and Indonesia, assisting in psychiatric wards and working with children and adults with developmental and emotional needs.
My approach is rooted in the Person-Centred model, guided by Carl Rogers’ belief in the power of empathy, authenticity, and nonjudgmental support. I’ve trained at Oxford and am furthering my development through ACP-France, recognised by the European Association of Psychotherapy. At Solacium Therapy, I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly seen and supported on your path to healing.
My therapeutic style is integrative, grounded in the Person-Centred Approach while drawing from a range of evidence-based methods to suit each client’s unique needs. I view each person holistically—mind, body, and emotions—and believe in creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your inner world.
While my core is rooted in Carl Rogers’ Person-Centred philosophy, I incorporate tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. This flexible, collaborative approach allows us to tailor sessions to your goals, whether you’re seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, or practical strategies for change.
I offer both counselling and psychotherapy, supporting you at your own pace as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
