About me
I am a German-Portuguese Clinical Psychologist and Somatic Trauma Therapist, trained in Germany, Portugal, the USA, with extended education in trauma, body psychotherapy and psychosomatic suffering . I speak fluent German, English and Portuguese and am passionate about helping people re-connect to their inner world, find peace and tranquility and experience new ways of being and feeling.

💭My approach is integrative meaning that I consider multiple theories and techniques in creating the right therapeutic plan for every persons' needs, as tailored and unique as their needs, wishes and concerns.
📚 I work through an Integrative, Somatic and Trauma-informed approach bringing in knowledge from Somatic Psychotherapy (Body Psychotherapy), Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work (IFS), Yoga and Mindfulness-based Interventions, Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Non-violent Communication.
✔️ This approach allows you to work through difficult, stuck emotions, situations or memories and release their change so that you can live your life unburdened.
✔️ You'll be able to reconnect to younger versions of you or repressed emotions and memories to feel more whole and at ease with your history and overcome present struggles.
