About me
It’s natural to ask for help from another human in any subject throughout life — I asked for help from a few friends when writing this introduction. As a psychologist, I hope to help you with any challenges that disturb your emotions, behaviours or thoughts. Working as a university counsellor for international students allowed me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures and issues. This experience combined with my time working in a psychiatric ward and addiction clinic has honed my skills in addressing issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationships, panic attacks, and culture shock.
Being an immigrant myself, I resonate with the struggles and triumphs of immigrants and expats. That’s why, whether you're battling inner turmoil or navigating the challenges of settling in a new place, I'm here to help.

Approach
We all carry a story — about who we are, the problems we need help with and emotions we’d rather not feel. These are some questions I've asked myself, in my own experience as a therapy patient, and they may well become part of our conversation too.
