I've had the opportunity to work with different organizations, where I've gained experience in dealing with various mental health issues like depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, substance abuse, self-esteem, perfectionism, procrastination and relationship difficulties to name a few.
In my approach, CBT serves as the primary approach to identify, understand and challenge negative thoughts, emotions and behaviors, their interactions and what lies at the core beneath them. However, I understand that every person's path is distinct. Hence, each session I conduct is tailored to suit the particular requirements and objectives of the individual I'm assisting.
