Hugo Simkin

For the past fifteen years, I have been teaching and conducting research on the impact of migration on mental health. My clinical practice centers on expatriates globally who face mental or emotional issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, grief, or relationship problems. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) aids in identifying and altering troubling thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns. Among evidence-based psychotherapies, CBT has been proven effective through peer-reviewed scientific studies worldwide.
