My approach

For the last thirteen years, I've been teaching and researching the impact of migration on mental health. My clinical practice is focused on ex-pats around the world dealing with mental or emotional issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, grief, or relationship problems. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) helps recognize and change troubling thoughts, behavior, and emotional patterns. Within the family of evidence-based psychotherapies, CBT has shown to be effective in peer-reviewed scientific experiments worldwide.
