About me

Life can often be difficult and hard to navigate, but I believe that we all have the strength and resilience to grow, gain new perspectives, and live a more fulfilling life. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, therefore I have been trained in a range of modalities. I help my clients, who include children, adults and families, to reach their goals in a supportive, empathetic, compassionate and safe space. https://linktr.ee/megse
