I am a trained psychologist with a deep interest in psychoanalytic theory. The psychoanalytic approach allows you to understand and recognize patterns in your emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Learning to identify them can help you find new ways to deal with challenging life events. It also helps to understand your feelings. By gaining insight into emotional experiences, people can better recognize patterns that lead to dysfunction and enable change.
