About me
Hi, my name is Nataliya. I am from Ukraine.
I live in Dublin. I studied at London Metropolitan University MSc in Business Psychology and at Ukrainian State University in Chernihiv Applied Psychology.
For the past 14 years, I provided online consultations to my clients in different areas. I help with relationships, divorce, mediation of conflicts, self-development, female empowerment, career growth, and business psychology.

I use the CBT approach with a focus on the current problems, rather than over-concentrating on issues from your past. You will work with me to break down your problems into their separate parts, such as your thoughts, physical feelings, and actions. I will help you work out how to change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I will ask you to practice these changes in your daily life.
My aim is to teach you to apply the skills you have learned during our sessions to your daily life.
Another tool I use is clinical hypnotherapy which addresses your subconscious mind. I combine CBT and Hypnotherapy to address your cognitive part and your subconscious part.
