Volodymyr Garipov

I worked as a CEO for about 10 years. In 2013, I came to the therapist to improve my soft skills. And that's when I went not for the idea of ​​becoming better, but for the interest of "Who I am". I was amazed and saddened by how much time and energy can be spent on the idea of ​​"what life should be", rather than on life itself. This led me to pursue psychotherapy training, and I have since worked with a diverse range of clients, from different professions, countries, couples, groups, and companies. For the past 10 years, I have been continuing to study psychology and explore it from different sides. Through my work, I have learned that my personal experiences are just as important as my professional training. I have been through crises of my own, including the search for personal identity, a change in profession, divorce, fear of losing contact with children, new relationships, marriage, and the birth of a third child, the experience of life in the war and emigration.
