I am a clinical psychologist, accredited gestalt therapist and full member of the International Society of Schema Therapy, from Ukraine (Kyiv). I work online with men and women, as well as couples.
About me
I worked as a CEO for about 10 years. In 2013, I came to the therapist to improve my soft skills. And that's when I went not for the idea of becoming better, but for the interest of "Who I am". I was amazed and saddened by how much time and energy can be spent on the idea of "what life should be", rather than on life itself.
This led me to pursue psychotherapy training, and I have since worked with a diverse range of clients, from different professions, countries, couples, groups, and companies. For the past 10 years, I have been continuing to study psychology and explore it from different sides.
Through my work, I have learned that my personal experiences are just as important as my professional training. I have been through crises of my own, including the search for personal identity, a change in profession, divorce, fear of losing contact with children, new relationships, marriage, and the birth of a third child, the experience of life in the war and emigration.
