About me
I am an Arab-American who grew up in the Middle East, and participated in the popular uprisings of the Arab Spring. I watched the people I care about go through a lot of trauma and it gave me the desire to get trained in trauma therapy so that I could help people from my area of the world.

I am specialized in multi-cultural trauma therapy, and trained in EMDR and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I take a client-led holistic and integrated approach; I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual based on their needs and desires. I have several years of experience providing therapy for refugees from all over the world, but primarily the Middle East. The issues I treat involve severe PTSD and complex trauma, traumatic and complex grief, depression, anxiety, insomnia and much more.
