I'm a trained CBT psychotherapist. I working with people who want to better understand and accept themself, solve problems with parents and difficulties in finding a partner for a close relationship, experiencing loneliness, grief and loss, difficulties in communication, lack of confidence, life crises, and other individual requests.
My values are freedom, responsibility, common sense, ability to love and work.
I love poetry, literature and languages. I contemplate art, beauty and the meaning of life.
My approach

The work of the psychotherapist for me is to find out together with my patients how to live more responsible and joyful life to experience the fullness of life, to receive and to give love, learn to respect and understand themselves in their diversity and contradictions, to build meaning in life, to forgive mistakes, to appreciate life, to cope with the difficulties.
