My therapeutic style is integrative and focused on the individuality of each client, combining techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Motivational Interviewing to promote meaningful and sustainable change. In practice, I use CBT to help identify and modify dysfunctional thought patterns, EMDR to process traumatic memories and unblock emotions, and Motivational Interviewing to strengthen motivation and self-confidence in change.
