I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology, University of Lisbon, with a specialization in Integrative Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My master’s research explored trauma trajectories and the ways in which people recover and rebuild after traumatic experiences.
In addition to my foundational training in CBT, I completed an Advanced Specialization in Third-Generation Therapies (CRIAP) and am currently finalizing a Postgraduate Advanced Dual Specialization in Couples Therapy and Clinical Sexology (INSPSIC).
I have also undertaken further training in areas such as Grief Intervention Across the Lifespan (CRIAP), Personality Disorders (CRIAP), Adult ADHD (OPP), LGBTQ+ Affirmative Psychological Practice (OPP), and Psychological Trauma (CRIAP).
My ongoing professional development is centered on Relationships, Sexuality, Adult ADHD, Anxiety, Trauma, and Attachment. I take an integrative and compassionate approach, drawing from modalities such as Parts Work, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), weaving them into my practice as I continue to deepen my understanding and skills.
