I work especially well with expats and people navigating cross-cultural transitions — including those dealing with identity shifts, challenges of integration, and the emotional complexity of building a life in a new system.
I offer a dedicated space to explore relationship themes — from traditional dynamics to alternative ways of being in relationships, including non-monogamy, queerness, and relational identity. These paths are never one-size-fits-all, and I support you in discovering what’s authentic for you.
I also work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma, offering grounding, regulation tools, and a compassionate container where difficult emotions can be met and processed.
My approach is integrative and person-centered, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, and Art Therapy techniques, tailored to each person’s unique personality, needs, and pace.
In therapy with me, you'll find a space of active listening, safety, and non-judgment — open to diversity, queer-affirming, and attuned to the political dimensions of identity.
I’m warm and welcoming, but also not afraid to be gently provocative when it’s helpful for your growth. Creativity, empathy, and respect guide my work, and I’m here to support you with presence, curiosity, and care.
"Happiness is grounded in the acceptance of change, in the ability to flow with the process of life. The more conscious we are of ourselves and our feelings, the more we are able to adapt and grow."
