I follow an integrative approach, combining a humanistic therapeutic relationship with tools drawn from cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based methods.
I am calm and patient, yet also directive when necessary. I believe that our feelings offer a unique window into how we perceive the world and, through them, we can better understand ourselves. I also recognize that, at times, it can be difficult to connect with or express emotions. That is why I strive to build a relationship based on trust, acceptance, and understanding, creating a safe space for every patient to feel without fear or judgment.
I also see art as a powerful medium for expressing emotions, whether through writing, music, painting, dancing, or any other form of creativity. Artistic expression can open doors to parts of ourselves that conversation alone cannot reach. For this reason, I like to create space for art within my therapeutic work whenever it aligns with the patient’s needs and values.
