* I believe there are three pillars to being a good therapist: honesty, technical competence, and empathy. These are the values I cherish in my profession.
*My mission is to promote health and well-being through clinical practice guided by competence, empathy, care, reflexivity, responsibility, creativity, and ethical awareness.
* I am passionate about my profession and strive to stay scientifically up to date, while ensuring that each patient feels welcomed and valued, and is able to find a safe space to be heard, to better understand themselves, and to foster internal resources. This process seeks to promote improvements in the quality of their relationships with others and with themselves, ultimately helping to relieve suffering, support personal growth and improve quality of life.
* One of my areas of specialized training is clinical hypnosis, a technique and therapeutic tool used to work with emotions, internal conflicts, and the unconscious.
* Beyond psychology, I am a certified yoga teacher, having completed my training in India. This certification included training in Pranayama (conscious breathing techniques) and meditation. I believe this experience provides me with valuable skills for my therapeutic practice, including in-depth knowledge of mindfulness techniques and cultural competence, allowing me to better adapt to and support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
