My approach is trauma-informed and it integrates bottom-up and top-down methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE®), and Neuroaffective Relational Moldel (NARM®, in training). My aim is to support you in processing trauma, reducing anxiety, and building an authentic relationship with yourself and others. My approach is shaped by my own self-work and ongoing development. Together, we can explore how to shift from survival strategies into more fulfilling ways of being, reconnecting with your body, boundaries, and sense of agency.
Sessions are a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and explore survival strategies that once protected you but may now be limiting. Healing happens not just through insight, but also through presence and connection. I aim to meet each client where they are, supporting a shift from self-judgment to self-compassion, and from coping to thriving. Together, we explore how to move from reactivity into choice, from disconnection into deeper contact, with yourself, with others, and with life.
