About me
Hi! I grew up in Lithuania, but now my home is Portugal. I work with the clients who speak English, Russian and Lithuanian. I am used to travel around the world and I can feel the pain of people who are moving abroad and building their lives from scratch. I work online and in-person in Lisbon.

Approach
Mostly, the calendar shows my availability for online sessions. Please inquire time slots availability for in-person sessions via private message.
(1) I work with adult individuals (45€/ online session, 65€/ in-person session) Important: I would like to encourage my future clients to contact me and discuss therapy session price in case of high motivation/ high need for psychological support and financial limits for therapy.
(2) While working with clients, I apply the ideas of Existential therapy, Client-centered approach, solution-focused brief therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally focused therapy.
I believe in relevance of taking responsibility for the life itself. Together with the client I accept risks, learn from failures and still move forward. I believe that the client himself has the answers for his questions, although it takes courage and time to notice things and to go for changes.
(3) The session is considered booked only after the client has paid for it. (4) I kindly ask to cancel/ re-schedule/ pay for the session at latest of 1 day (24 hours) before session. (5) The full fee will be charged for all sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. No refunds are payable for booked but unattended sessions with less than 24 hours notice.
(6) I do not counsel minors, clients with any disorders and drug/alcohol addictions.
