About me

I am a qualified individual and relationship psychotherapist (MA, MBACP) and intimacy coach. I work online with clients across the UK and Europe, including Berlin, London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona. I work with modern couples and partnerships who want more than surface-level fixes. Most couples don’t come to therapy because something is “wrong” with their relationship. They come because they’re tired of surviving together - stuck in the same arguments, feeling disconnected, or quietly wondering whether this relationship can still work. My work is about helping you move from coping to truly thriving as a couple, creating safety, emotional and sexual intimacy, and a deeper sense of connection, while gaining clarity about what you want for your future together. I work online only, offering relationship therapy to couples and individuals worldwide. My work focuses on helping couples move from reactivity and disconnection into felt safety & ease, emotional closeness, and deeper embodied intimacy. Together, we work with conflict cycles, rebuild sexual desire and pleasure, and develop secure attachment and emotional trust, while gently addressing the impact of relational, developmental or sexual trauma where present. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and body-aware. I integrate attachment-focused couples therapy, somatic and nervous system work, and relational approaches. Sessions are practical and grounded, while also allowing space for emotional depth, processing, integration and complexity. A key strength of my work is balancing depth with practicality: I don’t throw couples into the deep end, but support you with somatic tools, skills and resources to navigate intense emotions and conversations safely. Many couples tell me they feel understood, calmer, and more connected within the first sessions, even when they’ve been stuck for a long time. They appreciate the new confidence and hope from a sense of progress & growth and practical tools. I work with various modern couples and partnerships. Many of the people I see are: + Couples struggling with mismatched sexual desire, loss of intimacy, or erotic disconnection +Couples considering separation or divorce and wanting a thoughtful space to explore options + Couples feeling stuck in repeating cycles or disconnection +Couples navigating conflict, betrayal, trust issues, or emotional distance + Expats or internationally based couples navigating distance, identity shifts, or cultural transitions + People in non-traditional or alternative relationships (LGBTQ+, polyamory, invisible & evolving identities, open relationships) + People exploring or curious of alternative lifestyles, conscious kink or BDSM + “High-development” couples who value self-awareness, growth, and emotional intelligence, or conscious sexuality practices. + Partners interested in somatic, holistic, and trauma-informed approaches to therapy Often, you may love each other and still feel stuck in cycles of tension, avoidance, resentment, or sexual shutdown. I work online with couples worldwide and offer a free 15-minute introductory call so we can see whether working together feels like a good fit.
