About me

Hello! Welcome to my profile, let me introduce to yourself; I am Ana, a psychologist from São Paulo, Brazil, currently living in Lisbon, Portugal for five years. I have experience working in a clinical context with various psychological issues, giving me a diverse background, with both adults and adolescents. My goal is to offer therapy that not only helps clients address and manage their immediate concerns but also fosters long-term emotional resilience and personal growth. By integrating somatic psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I aim to support clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, improving their emotional regulation, and enhancing their overall quality of life. My clients reported significant benefits from my approach, including symptom relief, improved self-esteem, and better relationships with those around them. - Chartered member of the Portuguese Psychologists' Association - Professional license nº 30604 Should you have any questions or wish to book a session, don't hesitate to get in touch. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you, Ana

During this time, you'll have the chance to discuss your concerns, and I'll explain how CBT and somatic psychotherapy works and how it can benefit you. We'll also take time to address any questions or concerns you have, ensuring you feel comfortable with the therapy process. -First, Second, and Subsequent Sessions (Online or In-Person)- CBT is evidence-based and a personalized approach, meaning that the structure and content of your sessions will be adapted to suit your unique situation and needs.
