I am a psychologist and counsellor with 5 years of experience, currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I work online with adult clients in Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish — which means I can reach people wherever they are in the world. My clients often come to me with everyday concerns — relationship difficulties, a sense of being stuck, low mood, or a nagging feeling that something is missing. What we discover together is usually something deeper: repeating patterns, lost sense of self, or questions about meaning and direction in life. I am drawn to this deeper work, and I find long-term therapy the most rewarding — though I also support clients through shorter, more focused processes. People who have worked with me often say they didn't expect things to go so deep so quickly — and that alongside the difficulty, there was a surprising sense of lightness and clarity. I believe that is what happens when someone truly feels heard, accepted, and not judged.
My work is integrative — I draw on existential, cognitive-behavioural, and person-centred approaches, adapting to what each client needs rather than following a rigid method. What stays constant is the quality of the therapeutic relationship: I believe that real change happens inside a space of genuine trust, warmth, and safety. I work without judgment. Whatever a client brings — pain, confusion, shame, anger — is welcome in our sessions. I don't push or rush. Instead, I listen deeply and help clients begin to hear themselves more clearly. My focus is on adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, loss of meaning, self-esteem, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with women navigating questions of identity, purpose, and self-worth. I work primarily in a supportive, long-term format — though shorter work is also possible depending on the client's needs and goals.
