About me

I'm a psychologist working online — wherever in the world you happen to be sitting with your laptop and your doubts, in Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish.

People usually come to me with something perfectly respectable-sounding: mild anxiety, work exhaustion, something off in a relationship. Good news — I won't treat that as trivial. Bad news for anyone hoping for a quick fix — underneath, there's almost always something bigger: a pattern repeating itself, a self that got lost somewhere on the way to a life that was supposed to look right, or the inconvenient question of what any of it was for if it did.

My clinical training is in psychotherapy. Years of studying psychoanalytic literature on my own have shaped how I listen just as much. I won't hand you a five-step plan to happiness — spoiler, those rarely work — but I will take your inner mess seriously, including the part of you that's already braced to be judged. Most people are surprised by how quickly things go deep here, and by how much lighter that unexpectedly feels.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Existential analysisRecommended for those who are searching for deeper meaning in life or are struggling with big questions about existence, freedom, and purpose.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
LogotherapyRecommended for those who are searching for meaning and purpose in life to guide their healing process.

People rarely come to me with just anxiety. It's usually the most visible symptom — underneath, there's often burnout, a crisis of meaning, the sense that a chapter of your life ended without anyone asking your opinion on how, or a quiet fury at a life that looks fine from the outside.

I work at the intersection of existential therapy and logotherapy, with integrative flexibility — fitting a real person into one textbook almost never helps. Over the years I've never quite learned to pretend I have a universal answer to everything — which might actually be for the best. I'm especially drawn to life transitions: divorce, relocation, burnout, that moment when everything technically worked out and something still feels hollow.

The people I usually work with have spent a long time trying to figure things out on their own. They understand a lot about themselves — they've just noticed that understanding stopped turning into change. Life looks fine from the outside; anxiety, exhaustion, or emptiness are still there on the inside. We don't just work through the symptom — we look at what's actually holding it in place.

I'd rather understand what's really going on with you than hand you a technique. Whatever you bring — shame, anger, the thing you've never said out loud — is allowed in the room, without judgment and without rushing. If you're looking for someone who can sit calmly through a hard conversation and won't push you for answers before you're ready, we might be a good fit.
