About me
My professional title in the US is LPCC-S which is a licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor. I started this work because I know firsthand what it is like to experience complex trauma. Most of the work I do is with attachment based trauma issues but I also work with single incident trauma, and crisis intervention. I’ve always felt led to walk the painful journey of others with them to help instill hope and provide a safe environment for open communication.

Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy based on the needs of the individual client. I work to provide a client-centered whole-person experience since a safe, confidential, and compassionate environment is essential to the therapeutic process. I use trauma informed approaches to therapy relying on Polyvagal Theory, the work of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, and EMDR. I’m also trained in CBT and DBT.
