Perhaps you recognize yourself in the following:
– You work remotely and live (or commute) abroad, but internally it is becoming increasingly stressful: depressive moods, exhaustion, sleep problems.
– You feel that ADHD/ADD or other neurodivergent traits are making your everyday life difficult: focus problems, sensory overload, decision-making blocks, procrastination.
– Your relationship is suffering from distance, different life plans, or recurring conflicts – especially around moving, visas, travel, or different passports.
– You are responsible for your own business or work as a freelancer – with fluctuating income, currency risks, and the pressure to "deliver" even though you have little energy inside.
– On the outside, your life looks like "freedom" – on the inside, it feels more like constant stress, inner emptiness, or being overwhelmed.
If you recognize yourself in this, it is not a personal failure.
It is an understandable reaction to a lifestyle that, as studies show, can bring loneliness, isolation, constant adaptation, and financial insecurity. For neurodivergent people, this pressure is often significantly increased.
In our work together, I will support you in...
– identifying and reducing depressive moods, adjustment difficulties, and emotional overload,
– finding ways to cope with ADHD/ADD and other neurodivergent patterns in everyday life – including focus, energy management, and stimulus regulation,
– restore your performance as a remote worker, freelancer, or entrepreneur while preventing overload,
– understand relationship dynamics – including open relationships and long-distance relationships – and shape them more constructively,
– deal with financial worries, uncertainty about your future path, and important decisions in a way that allows you to take action again.
With neurodiversity:
The goal is not to make you "neurotypical," but to work together to find ways to deal with your nervous system, your lifestyle, and your relationships in a way that makes your everyday life more sustainable and harmonious.
My approach
I work in an integrative manner, based on:
(1) Gestalt therapy – focusing on what is noticeable here and now; promoting awareness, personal responsibility, and contact.
(2) Systemic coaching – incorporating your relationships, professional contexts, and the structures in which you live and work.
(3) Authentic relationship work & nonviolent communication – to improve self-clarification and communication in partnerships, teams, and friendships.
(4) Evidence-based coaching & positive psychology – to develop realistic, actionable steps in everyday life.
Spiritual paths such as Tibetan Buddhism and Advaita Vedanta have accompanied me. If it is helpful for you, we can incorporate these perspectives – always voluntarily, down-to-earth, and oriented towards your situation.
Special focus areas:
– Neurodivergent remote workers, digital nomads, and expats
– Depressive moods, adjustment disorders, anxiety
– ADHD/ADD in the context of remote work, self-employment, and location independence
– Relationship problems, open relationships, long-distance relationships
– Procrastination, self-esteem, self-care
Next step:
If you recognize yourself in some of these points, you can do the following:
1. Go to the calendar on the right side of the window and click on a date to book an initial consultation with me, or click “Reach out to Thomas” below the calendar.
2. Write 2–3 sentences describing what is weighing most heavily on you at the moment (e.g., “ADHD & procrastination in remote work,” “depressive mood since moving abroad,” “relationship stress due to distance,” “financial insecurity as a nomad”).
3. I will arrange a free, no-obligation initial consultation (20 minutes, online). During this consultation, we will clarify whether and how I can provide you with meaningful support.
You don't have to decide on how to proceed on your own—even if you are currently living far away from your home country.
