I am a registered Counsellor and UK Psychotherapist (NL Psychologist). I have extensive experience in working with adults and teenagers both face-to-face and online. I started training as a therapist as I saw many young people suffering with anxiety and low self-esteem, struggling to connect and flourish. I create an empathic and safe therapeutic space for you to safely talk through your thoughts and feelings, and explore deeply rooted emotions and challenges to understand what does not feel right within.
I am compassionate and dedicated to helping individuals navigate healing and personal growth. With extensive experience working with adults and teenagers, I create a safe, therapeutic space for clients to explore their challenges and develop strategies for positive transformation. I work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, bullying, depression, negative thought patterns, and difficulties in work and relationships.
My approach is deeply rooted in an empathic therapeutic relationship, where I attentively listen to clients’ somatic and emotional experiences. I empower them to explore their self-beliefs, reconnect with their core values, and make meaningful shifts towards your values and emotional wellbeing. I am particularly interested in the neuropsychology of trauma in the body, and the impact this can have on attachment dynamics, self-confidence and identity. In the therapeutic space I utilise creative approaches to assist you in unlocking unprocessed trauma and I regularly use nature and imaging in the therapeutic space.
My experience has included working with young people and adults facing the challenges of anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth, unprocessed trauma, addiction, self-harm, identity issues, anger, loss, relationship difficulties and personal autonomy.
