The most critical point of my practice is to build a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients based on a non-judgmental, compassionate, open, and warm attitude. I believe this relationship itself is the beginning of healing.
Also, I am trained in CBT. I mostly use this approach by combining it with Schema Therapy and Mindfulness techniques in my practice. My responsibility is to facilitate your journey by creating an environment where you feel understood, respected, accepted, and sometimes challenged- yet safe because I believe improvement starts when you are challenged.
