Hi, I’m Asimina. I’m a psychologist with a background in work and organizational psychology, and I’ve built my career abroad in the fields of psychology and HR. What’s always driven me is a deep interest in how people grow, adapt, and thrive - both at work and in life.
I’m currently training in integrative counseling, a modern approach that blends techniques from different therapeutic traditions to support each person in a way that’s tailored to their unique needs. As I near the end of my first year of training, I’m looking forward to working with individuals in a supportive and compassionate space, where we can explore challenges and work toward personal growth together.
My approach is empathetic, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible for everyone, with the right support.
Integrative counseling is a modern, integrative method that combines elements from various therapeutic schools, like cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic, and systemic therapy, to tailor the process to each individual’s needs.
Instead of strictly following one theory, synthetic psychotherapy focuses on flexibility and personalization. The goal is to create a comprehensive, holistic approach that considers a person’s thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences in an interconnected way.
