I work with adults who find themselves in a moment of change — whether chosen or unexpected. Maybe you’ve moved countries, ended a relationship, or simply feel like the life you had no longer fits. My role is to help you make sense of these transitions and move forward with clarity and resilience.
I am a United States born and trained Clinical Psychologist, licensed in the state of South Carolina, and living and practicing general counseling in the Netherlands.
My role as a therapist is shaped over the years by training as well as my own personal background and experiences. I have had been able to work well with patients ranging from the ages of 4 to 103, and because of this I have become acquainted with issues and concerns throughout all stages of life.
For the past 8 years I have provided psychotherapy to patients in a nursing home setting. I have worked in the community with children, adolescents, and adults. Prior to this, I have worked in mental health centers, correctional institutions, alongside child welfare agencies, and in vocational rehabilitation. In addition, I have performed psychological evaluations for school systems as well as state social service agencies. My professional experiences also include conducting psychological assessments.
