My therapeutic style is based in Gestalt principles, where the client is seen as a whole being: mind, body, behavior, emotions, etc. In our work together, I encourage you to explore all that, to understand how each part connects and influences your experience in the present. To support this process, I integrate various tools such as art, visualization, and somatic awareness exercises, helping you connect more deeply with your inner self and bring hidden emotions or insights to the surface.
