I’m a human being just like you — and I like to keep it real. I have a "no bullshit" policy towards my work as well. I deeply believe we meet first as humans at the core, and then build our therapeutic connection.
I won’t promise that therapy will magically fix everything. But I assure you: it can help you live more fully, strengthen your relationships with others, and most importantly — with yourself.
In our sessions, there’s space for whatever you bring, and also for moments of laughter and lightness.
I often work with themes like:
You don’t need to have it all figured out. My role is to support you in (re)finding your own ground in a world that keeps changing.
This is a space for connection, honesty, and growth - even where things feel most fragile. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be glad to walk alongside you.
I work with themes of self-worth, suffering, relationships, and all the messy, human stuff in between. My approach is rooted in Gestalt and existential therapy, with space for body awareness, imagination, and family history. We’ll keep things practical and goal-oriented, but without rushing past the deeper roots of what’s really going on.
I value freedom - no “shoulds” or “musts.” You’re in charge of your path, and I’ll help you see it more clearly, sometimes as a mirror, sometimes as a map. At the same time, we’ll honor responsibility - the power to choose and shape your life on your own terms.
And yes, we’ll laugh too. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. We’ll go deep, but we’ll also stay real.
If you feel the need for honest, meaningful, and sometimes fun work - I’m here for it, and for you. 💛
