In 4th grade, I thought I would be a teacher or a banker like my older brothers. However, one day, after helping a friend reconcile with another mutual friend, I was told that I should pursue a career in that line of work instead. So when I saw that psychology was an option in my 6th grade careers assembly, the rest was history.
Stress is inevitable in life, but you don't have to be helpless and powerless to it. Challenge your limits, not limit your challenges. Whatever therapeutic project you'd like to work, I'd love to support and help you through it.
I received my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University in Denver, and my B.S. in Psychology at Portland State University. I thrive off of working with couples specifically, but I also have experience working with trauma, mental health disorders (e.g. Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder), and adolescents.
