Russian & English-Speaking Psychologist in Amsterdam
I work with stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, emotional exhaustion, and major life transitions — often in the context of living abroad, building a demanding career, or trying to hold everything together.
If you’re an expat or a professional, you may look fine on the outside while feeling anxious, drained, disconnected, or overwhelmed inside. Many people reach this point after being strong for a long time without enough space to slow down or be honest about what’s really going on.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t need to perform, explain yourself, or have clear answers. You can take a breath, speak openly, and begin to understand yourself more clearly — your emotions, your patterns, and what you actually need right now.
My role is not to fix you, but to support you in making sense of what’s happening and finding ways to feel more grounded and present in your life — at work, in relationships, and with yourself.
Before becoming a psychologist, I spent many years in international business and finance. I know what pressure, responsibility, and high expectations feel like, and how isolating it can be to carry everything on your own, especially in another country.
Our work together is about creating real, sustainable change at your pace — in a way that feels respectful, practical, and supportive.
Sessions are available in English and Russian, in person in Amsterdam or online.
You don’t need to be certain that therapy is the right step.
If something inside tells you it’s time to talk, that’s enough to begin.
