I believe the hardest part of struggling is feeling like you're the only one who's ever felt this way. I offer you a space that's non-judgemental, curious, and attentive to the patterns underneath what you're going through: the thoughts that loop, the emotions that feel too big or too far away, the behaviours that keep you stuck.
I work a lot with neurodivergent clients and with people who've often been told (directly or subtly) that there's something wrong with how their mind or body works. We're here to understand your nervous system, your history, and the systems you've had to navigate to ultimately co-create something that actually works for you.
Together, we'll name what you've been feeling but couldn't quite articulate and move at a pace that respects your nervous system. You don't need to have it figured out before you start; just be open to what might unfold.

Individual counselling
My approach is goal-orientated yet flexible; I aim to follow your lead. While rooted in person-centred theory, I draw from various powerful therapeutic tools like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Transactional Analysis (TA) to best meet your needs. This means I'll tune into your perspective to help you understand different "parts" of yourself that might feel stuck and give you insight into your relational dynamics.
I work with individuals facing diverse emotional and relational issues, including attachment issues, burnout, depression, and more.
Relationship counselling
Every relationship offers an opportunity for growth; however, we can easily become stuck in unhelpful response patterns. To cultivate conscious relationships with healthy boundaries, it’s important to examine the needs and attachments that drive our emotions, thoughts, and actions. I am dedicated to helping couples bridge their understanding of each other and engage in more constructive dialogues. Through mediation, I create a safe space where both parties are heard. My approach aims to foster deeper connections, mutual respect, and lasting relationship satisfaction. The modalities I employ include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Imago Therapy, and Nonviolent Communication.
