I integrate evidence-based methods from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to your needs.
I work trauma-sensitive and with attention to the role of the miraculous body for our physical and mental well-being.
For trauma processing, I use structured approaches like Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and EMDR. When appropriate, I also offer more alternative approaches such as modern Hypnotherapy or Breathwork.
Rather than focusing on diagnostic labels, I work based on trust in the innate healing wisdom in you (and everyone), and support you in getting in touch with this part of yourself and strengthening it.
